About Autobahn Info Hub
Autobahn Info Hub was established to provide drivers travelling in Austria and Germany with a reliable, accessible source of road information and coordination support. Our focus is on practical guidance: understanding the road network, navigating toll systems, preparing for seasonal driving conditions, and knowing how to request assistance when needed.
Our Mission
We aim to reduce uncertainty for drivers on Austrian and German roads by consolidating relevant information into a single, easy-to-use service desk. Whether you are planning a cross-country journey or dealing with an unexpected vehicle issue, our team works to connect you with the right resources.
How We Operate
We operate entirely online. There is no physical walk-in office. All enquiries are handled via email and our contact form. When coordination with a local service partner is required, we facilitate that connection on your behalf, though we cannot guarantee the availability or response time of third-party providers.
